Atlas Hydration Refund Policy
At Atlas Hydration, we stand fully behind our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase.
- Process: To start a return, contact us at support@atlas-hydration.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
- Exchange Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- Processing Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
